Introduksjon og videregående kurs i 
Traumeoppstilling individuelt og i grupper.

På dette kurset vil følgende temaer bli gjennomgått og forklart:

- en forståelse av hvordan traumeprosesser foregår. Inkludert sjelelig spalting og symbiosetraume slik som Franz Ruppert har vist det praktisk og teoretisk, og en forståelse av Posttraumatisk stress syndrom.

- en forståelse av oppstillingers metodologi slik det blir praktisert i grupper og individuelle en-til-en sesjoner.

- intervju av klienten med fokus på å finne "anliggende/intensjonen/ønske" som rettesnor for hele oppstillingen.

- en  fenomenologisk måte å fasilitere på, hvor klienten blir respektert, 
og hvor oppstillingsprosessen blir den sentrale autoriteten i arbeidet.

- en forståelse for bruken av gulvankere i individuelle oppstillinger.

- opprettholdelse av klarhet når man bruker seg selv som en representant i oppstillingen

      - fasilitatorens anerkjennelse av egne traumer og villighet til å arbeide videre med disse.

 

På dette kurset vil vi fokusere på de ovennevnte hovedpunktene via praktiseringen av oppstillinger, og ved tilbakemeldinger, spørsmål og diskusjoner.

Vi vil se på likheter og forskjeller mellom gruppeoppstillinger og en-til-en oppstillinger. Vi vil se på viktigheten av intervjuet, og det å få etablert anliggende/ønske som fundamentet for en god oppstilling. Videre vil vi også se på viktigheten av hvordan en fenomenologisk forståelse påvirker fasilitatoren både i gruppe og i individuelt arbeid. 

Anliggende eller intensjonen, slik det blir etablert gjennom intervjuet blir fundamentet for oppstillingen. Anliggende vil også tydeliggjøre  klientens sunne integrerende ønsker og samtidig den underliggende mangel på dette. Det å sette opp anliggende, fokuserer oppstillingen til det emne, nivå og  løsning som er mulig for klienten her og nå. 

Kurset passer for alle som arbeider med mennesker og som er i kontakt med temaet traumer. Deltagelse på avansert del forutsetter kunnskap om Proff. Franz Rupperts teorier om traumer og binding/tilknytning.

Kursstedet er spesielt egnet for dette arbeidet. I tillegg vil det være mulig å gjøre aktive meditasjoner som kan hjelpe prosessen, og naturen rundt vil også være støttende.

Introduksjonsmodul er for alle som har generell erfaring med oppstillinger, og som er interessert i å utvikle sin forståelse om individuelt arbeid, og som vil lære mer om hvordan traumeoppstilling skiller seg fra tradisjonell familie/systemoppstilling.

Avansertmodul er for alle som kjenner Franz Rupperts arbeide og som er interessert å utvide sin forståelse og evner i en-til-en arbeid, og i traumeoppstillinger. Deltakere på dette kurset vil være best forbredt ved å ha lest en av Franz Rupperets bøker, eller Vivians  bok: In the  Precence of many, og ved at de ar deltatt på minst 2 helgekurs med traumeoppstilling.

Tid : Tirsdag Kl. 19.00 til Søndag Kl. 14.00

Pris: Kr. 6000,-.Nkr. pr kurs.
I tillegg kommer 480,- Nkr. pr døgn for mat og overnatting.

Trauma Constellations & Individual work.

A Collaborative Learning Project – Residential Event, SwedenWith Vivian Broughton and Tore Kval.

There are several essentials to Trauma Constellations work in the private session:

- an understanding of trauma processes, including splitting and symbiotic trauma, based on the work of

Franz Ruppert, and an understanding of PTSD symptomatology;

- an understanding of the methodology of constellations as practised in group and the private one to one session;

- the client interview with the focus of establishing ‘the intention’ as the primary orienting factor for the constellation;

- a facilitation approach that is phenomenological, present and mindful, respecting the client and the

constellations process as the central authority of the work;

- an understanding of the use of floor markers in the individual session;

- the maintaining of clarity when using oneself as a representative in the constellation;

-  the facilitator’s recognition and ongoing addressing of their own trauma;

Drawing on Vivian’s first book, In the Presence of Many, and her developing ideas on trauma and one to onework, Tore’s own developing work with trauma constellations and breathwork, and Franz Ruppert’s theoriesabout trauma as presented in his publications1, we will focus on these essentials via the practice of constellations and reflective feedback, questions and discussion. We will also consider the differences and similarities between the group constellation and the one to oneconstellation in order to improve the quality of our one to one work. We will give detailed attention to the initial interview and establishing the ‘intention’. The success of the subsequent constellation is dependent on this.

The Introductory module is for those who have some experience of constellations work generally and

The Advanced module is for those who are familiar with Franz Ruppert’s work and are interested in refining their understanding and skills of one‐to‐one work and the trauma constellation. Participants on this course will be better prepared if they have read some of Franz Ruppert’s work and Vivian’s book In the Presence of Many, and have attended at least two workshops specifically working with trauma constellations.

The venue is especially suitable for this kind of work as the natural environment is beautiful and supportive.

Active meditations will also be offered to help the process.

Price each course: Norwegian Kroner. 6000 (€770 approx)

In addition N.Kr 480 (€65 approx) for each day for food and boarding.
